January - that interesting time for looking back at what was and looking forward at what we wish to do next. (Hence, Janus.) 2008 was a pretty good year for me: I changed jobs, bought a house, took a vacation (Mexico!) got a promotion. Wow! lots of movement. And in spite of all that, I'm actually feeling settled. I love my new house. Plenty of space for all my stuff, a room for guests to come and vist, a room to 'create' in, lots of room outside, out in the country, yet close enough to people and work. I look forward to 2009 being a year of nesting. After all the busyness of 08, I'm just focusing on Home. No plans for a trip - although ya never know...
